The access or use of this Website constitutes Acceptance of the following conditions of use. All images and material displayed are the copyright of Sud n' Soothe. None of the Material from this Website may be downloaded, copied, sold, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed and/or otherwise dealt in or with, without the prior written authority of us.
We reserve the right to alter or change any product or price without any prior notice.
Shipping
At present we only ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping is either by post or courier, dependant upon size and weight of the goods. Parcels sent by post will be forward as First Class Signed for, deliveries made by a courier will require a signature on delivery and so at the time of ordering please advise us of a delivery address where there will be someone available to accept the goods. If the courier is unable to obtain a signature they will leave a card at the delivery address asking you to call to rearrange delivery (cards left by the Post Office will ask you to collect from your nearest depot). Royal Mail charges start at £1.50 and Courier fees at £6.99.
Delivery Schedule
Please allow approximately 7 working days for delivery, however we endeavour to send your package out to you within just a few days. If you have an urgent order please contact us as we may be able to send your package out to you on an overnight delivery (subject to a small charge). Wholesale customers: please allow up to 2 weeks for your order, although orders are generally processed within 7 working days.
Lost or Damage Goods
Please inspect your order immediately on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect so that we can immediately address the problem and notify our carrier if necessary. Please wait for 14 days from the date of your order in case your order has been delayed.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
In compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive retail customers (excludes wholesale) may cancel or exchange their order contract by returning the order to us within 7 days from the receipt of goods, in their original condition and fit for re-sale. We will then refund the full value of the goods less the original delivery charges, as soon as possible and no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase.
All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and we do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us. Exchanges: Simply return your purchases to us within 7 days of receipt, and we will despatch replacement goods. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply. sud n' Soothe reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged, or are not in their original condition. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
